Welcome to Mt. Brook Alabama..nick named "the tiny kingdom". This is "Civitas" located in front of Joe Muggs in English Village. She was created by sculptor James Barnhill in honor of Carolyn Smith who designed many of the homes in the area in the 1920's and 30's. I also thought it would be nice for everyone to see the very blue sky and lovely weather we FINALLY had today.
